This company has excellent customer service and communication, from Rachael in Auckland to the three guys that loaded and unloaded our heavy awkward boxes. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for your next move.
The service and updating is good however, my 50" TV screen was broken when I received it.

Exceeded expectation.
Every touch point with Conroy Removals and each team was excellent. I highly recommend Conroy Removals. We wish we had used you guys for other recent removal services after a bad experience with Allied and a vehicle transport service. Our experience with Conroy was simple, professional and friendly with incredibly thorough communication. Conroy offer the best service and price and our belongings were delivered super fast with no loss or damage. Conroy exceeded our expectation after a terrible experience with Allied. Very Competent
Everyone who came to the house (unloading container and picking up empty boxes) was great -- very competent, personable crews.
Whilst the customer experience was good for communication and directly with the collection team, 4 of the 15 items didn't arrive at the intended destination.
Need improvement in customer management and communication as sometimes I had to send reminders to get a reply on my email. Had an unpleasant experience of a call with operations team regarding the delivery date. Tone was rude and not cooperative at all.
Mostly excellent service. I had three movers. Two of them were great but one of them spent a lot of time talking. I paid by the hour so this affected my payment.
Excellent service and communication from packers (Issy and Nev thank you ) , truck loaders and admin would highly recommend to anyone moving overseas.
