Greg, Tyler and Luke were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure our move was easy and stress free. They placed everything where I wanted and helped to put back together our large outside table as well. Very happy.
Yes would recommend. The docket indicated that they would assist in unpacking the boxes, this was not offered (and not really expected) but the TV was left sealed in the crate which we didn't have the tools to open. Once we contacted them the next day they arrived very quickly, so that was good, would have been better if it had been uncrated the day of the delivery. Thanks.
The comms have been excellent, but the overall cost was expensive, particularly taking the lounge suite the short distance from Main Beach to Arundel at a cost of around $A700.00.

I really appreciated everybody I worked with on our move.
Our boxes were put in the wrong rooms. Furniture was delivered in a strange order so that it was blocking doorways and we couldn't get to the boxes.
This was my second time using your service and I have to say that the crew we had the first time were better. Not quite as much care was taken this time and a leg was snapped off the hall stand.
We have shifted with Conroy several times in the past decade and have been very positively impressed with the professionalism demonstrated. However, this time, on a very local shift, we were beyond disappointed with the capabilities of the staff who came to pack the truck. A phone call to head office on the day resulted in additional crew coming onboard for the shift into the new house. Without them - it is a certainty that the unloading and distribution of furniture would have been a disaster. It calls into question whether we will feel confident to engage Conroy in future.
