I was Impressed by the communication level from the office -Lyn - I had a problem with Microsoft and had lost all emails. This was overcome in a very helpful fashion by the office. Much appreciated
Unfortunately the service was very rough at the pickup end - on there way into our driveway they crashed into the fence post - it was a Saturday and it was like they were in a mad rush and the stacking into the container was dreadful. They did not wrap our leather couch's and they were dragged along the container floor and now has scratches. The crew unloading were much more respectful and did a great job, even they thought the stacking at the pickup end was poor. We wouldn't use Conroys again for the price of it.
The move was great, just would have liked better communication throughout the process. I had to do a lot of chasing to find out my uplift time and delivery time. The delivery was also a later than advised and I had to reschedule my day. Minor in the grand scheme of things though and I would use you guys again.

Amazing
Conroy's managed our move professionally while being super friendly and very easy to deal with. There were absolutlety no issues and the communication was fantastic. Our goods arrived in the exact condition they were packed in. Conroy's then removed all the packaging with pleasure. The whole experince was so stress free and so easy from the very first meeting to the very last interaction. We highly recommend Conroy's above any other removal company. They were absolutley amazing.
3 guys were excellent. Real fast and didn't muck around and were real careful moving stuff around the house. Would defiantly use again.cheers
