We were very impressed with the skill and professionalism of both crews and their willingness to go that extra mile to help with every detail with our packing and uplifting of our furniture. 

We would definitely recommend Conroy to others.

I had a great team around our move both based in Melbourne and in Auckland once my goods arrived. There was a hiccup with my stuff but it was rectified quickly and the delivery team was also great.

Arrived late for pickup and labeled our boxes with another customers detail, which the team did not realise until we pointed it out to them. Both teams (packers and unpackers) were very helpful and obliging.

From first contact to finished delivery, I was kept informed of what was happening. The cost was reasonable, and my boxes arrived in the same condition they were picked up in, which was a relief. I highly recommend Conroy's for overseas shipping. Thank you to everyone who helped get my cargo across to NZ.

From the inception of my freight shipping with Pack and Send Wellington, to its delivery in Stevenage by GB Liners, communication was clear and delivered in good time to manage my expectations.

All agents with whom I interacted were both professional, friendly and helpful. I would use their services again and recommend them highly to anyone else with overseas shipping needs.

My only feedback would be to continue with the level of service of which I received.

Everyone I dealt with were great, from the admin team ot the moving team...all showed respect for my Dad and worked really hard on the day.

Love to recommend Conroy's as your movers take care  and actually care. Guys who unloaded my stuff in Auckland did a great job, knowing to put stuff in the right rooms and the rest in the garage. That is intelligent moving. I came back and it was done.  

When I recommend Conroy, it comes with a 'bear in mind' that the initial customer journey is still fragmented. I usually say to friends 'While the boys doing the heavy lifting on the day will get it right, you'll be dealing with two or three different people across email and phone and online forms from the quote, confirmation, payment and phone call to confirm the day before.' 

A couple of glass frames cracked is no big deal in the scheme of things. Packaging excellent and storage for 2.5 years and everything in condition as left shows great storage conditions.
