We had two teams of removalists and Noeline packed for us the day before our move. Everyone was excellent, professional and very respectful of our things. They worked hard and were extremely skilful drivers and packed the trucks like they were a 3D puzzle it was amazing. Nothing was broken and everything we packed arrived despite an overnighter in the depot and some of the load arriving in a different truck to the van it left in.

Noeline was fun to have in the house as we packed up, she was very professional and fast. Ric was a very hard worker and as strong as an ox! Jas was an amazingly accurate driver. The other packer (Tom I think) was watching music videos on his phone the whole time which would have annoyed me if he was on my team but the others didn't seem to mind and he still seemed to get the work done.At the unloading end I was present for only the tail end but we had four really lovely young men who all put things exactly where we asked and were super helpful. 

All in all, it was a great experience. I highly recommend your team, it's hard to get good people in your business so you have done well and we were lucky to have you.

My gear left me on the 3rd October and arrived at destination in New Zealand with me 9th January 2024. It arrived in New Zealand on the 25th November. Communication from Conroy's was by email only. There was more than one problem with my shipping but was only contacted by email with the briefest of message. A phone call would have made 100% difference to appease me.

Freight arrived with some damage. Television 55 inch and 40 inch packed together by them which  had a broken leg and also damaged the screen of the other tv. (Was told would be contacted about tv damage. Still waiting for a call). Timber desk was damaged.  Other stuff was minor which I packed couple broken ornaments, other than that all arrived safe and sound.

Your service was superior. Customer service included cartons, tape and wrapping paper and the office kept me informed every step of the way.

The actual move went smoothly with the three chaps involved being friendly, efficient and very helpful. I was going to ring your firm to recommend they have a pay rise.

From start to finish the service was exemplary and I couldn't recommend your firm more highly.
