Person packing left suddenly (kids sick) and wasn't replaced quickly - waited 3 hours for new packing crew to come. Great service from then on. John in Melbourne and the Oz crew were amazing.

Some clarity around insurance cover i.e. the benefits of staying with own insurer or going with Conroys Insurer when items in storage and in transit. The insurance Companies appear to be demanding of information about the Removal Company and so perhaps a declaration from your company that you meet all the requirements.

Better awareness of hygiene. Limiting use of shoes inside house or ensuring shoe covers are on at all times. Also ensuring staff wash their hands after going to toilet during packing.
The team who moved my house lot of items were the best I could have asked for. Respectful of my things, great communication and very easy going.

We felt it was a lot of heavy lifting for 2 men considering they didn't have a hoist to safely put our furniture into the container. The did an excellent job with no damage to anything. I'm not sure how their backs would have been the next day.
