Highly recommend them to anyone planning a move
We recently moved from Auckland to Nelson with Conroy Removals and couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the initial sales consultation right through to the delivery of our household items, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The communication was clear and consistent, the packing was done with care, and the delivery team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Every member of the team treated our belongings with respect, and we felt confident throughout that we were in good hands.
Moving can be a daunting experience, but Conroy Removals made it so much easier for us. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move – truly exceptional service from start to finish!

Conroy removals was great
Conroy removals was great. Very professional and the men whom pick up and deliver were friendly and helpful. As I am a person whom likes to know what is happening, Conroy was great to inform me but I needed to get in touch to find out if the removals were still on time to deliver. That was the only very small not a great issue that could improve with communication. Apart from that, thank you Conroy for your assurance.

Only problem I had, we were told our paintings would be boxed for extra protection as well as the bubble wrap we put them in, but they weren't.

Came to my house within 1 day of me requesting a quote and it was the most competitive out of 3 companies I went to. Good communication on date, schedules which they stuck to at both ends of the leg. Prompt arrival of the crew and solid work ethic in getting it all done.
Nothing damaged either. Would use again, thanks!

Everyone did an amazing job
Everyone did an amazing job during the move and took good care of all my items, including glassware and televisions. No breakages were found.

Quotes and inspection seamless. The removal guys who shifted us on Monday 25th March were amazing. Our place is steep with many stairs and it was a hot day. The three of them worked as a team, professional, friendly, good humour and nothing was a problem. Please make sure they know we gave them this compliment.

Exceptional team at both uplift and unload
Exceptional team at both uplift and unload. To our amazement, the tetris expert assigned to us managed to fit everything into a signle container. He and his team worked incredibly hard on a very hot day but still had time for a friendly chat and a smile. Communiation regarding the delivery of our goods was excellent and Gordon and his assistant worked tirelessly to unload everything and ensured that the furniture and boxes were placed in the correct rooms to make it easier for us to unpack. To top it all - there were no breakages. We were blown away by the service from start to finish and highly recommend Conroy Removals.
It would be great to give a time indication of how long things would take. Even a ballpark would be great for us to plan arrival, instead of on the day of delivery or the next day, try calling us 10 times and being unfriendly on the phone. Other than that, we had a great experience with the guy who came to deliver our belongings. So we'd definitely use your services again.
