Incredibly Efficient
Highly Recommend!
The team was awesome and took complete care of our house move. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and powered through the job on a very hot summer’s day. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and confident in what they were doing, which took the pressure off us and allowed us to focus on our final tasks before heading to the new house for the afternoon drop‑off.
The pricing was very fair for the work involved, and I’ll definitely use this service again if I move in the future. I’d highly recommend Conroy Removals to anyone looking for an easier, more time‑efficient, and organised moving experience compared to trying to do it all yourself.

Fantastic Service
Auckland crew: we were super impressed! We’ve moved many times and that was the most efficient lift I’ve ever seen and they guys were really nice too.
Wellington crew: The Wellington crew was fantastic too. Due to the low power line they needed to use the van to carry stuff down the driveway so a really long morning for them but they were really good about it. Fantastic service all around.

Everything went very smoothly, as planned and the unloading at the new house also went very well. The packing was amazing, an entire house of stuff packed! The team were well organised and experienced.

I was so impressed from the moment my cargo arrived into Wellington. I was kept up to date constantly and always felt in the loop. The storage was done seemingless and even deducted two days off my storage for the month. The two guys who delivered my shipment to my house worked so hard for many hours and did an outstanding job.
Thank you for providing such a smooth transition for my life memories arriving from Kuwait.

Family used Conroy when they moved, so felt confident they would do a great job. The packing team that came and packed the hosue were fantastic in New Plymouth, however the container was not ready, so everything had to be put in a truck to go to the depot to be transferrred into the container. When we opened the container and began unpacking we discovered it was not packed well and not tied down properly. As we unpacked we found several items damaged (all furniture items except for a concrete statue that got minor damage.) We will not know if anything is damaged in the boxes because we cannot unpack for several months. The other thing was that we did not receive the docket with the box count when they packed the truck, and the box count manifest did not get sent with the container either. So we will not know if we are missing anything as we could not count the items coming out of the container to compare what was loaded (no numbers on the boxes either). We are disspointed as based on our families previous experience all of the above went very well and there was NO damage at all. So it was a mixed bag of exeriences as we can't say they are not a good company to use; just in this case the process was not followed and caused an unfortunate outcome. We had insurance so this will be sorted and out and life will continue.
On arrival and on time, Jake and his team, found (understandably) the stairs were challenging. A back up team arrived and between them they did very well. On returning our furniture into our new home in Cambridge they were incredibly efficient. We had packed and labelled some boxes as fragile; not one breakage! In one box we had two eggs (not intentional) and they arrived intact!
