Crushed boxes and damaged goods. 

The positives - Cody and the boys were excellent in all respects.  They were on time, efficient, careful, energetic, and a pleaseure to deal with.  The booking process was smooth and easy.

The negative - we were charged for 4 hours plus 42 minutes travel despite the job taking 2.5 hours only.  We were informed up front that "A minimum of 4 hours will be charged", however it was not made clear that travel time was separate.  It seems a bit unfair that we have been charged for almost 5 hours for a job that took just over 3!  A minimum charge is fne, but the application should be fair.  We wondered why we bothered to wrap everything including furniture and beds, as not having to do this was  apparently why the boys were so fast!

Very impressed with the Conroys moving personal. Professional and efficent. 

Received phone call and email of delivery next day. Drove two hours to delivery destination. 2 hours wait, no show. Made call to office number, no reply to voicemail. 5 hours later,txt no room on truck today. Received phone call 29th December delivery was half an hour away. Had already advised and Conroy agreed delivery now mid January. What an absolutely hopeless organisation. 

One of the bed headboards was cracked.  One of the beds didn't have a plastic protector as didn't have enough to cover, so was wrapped in a blanket which left fluff all over the mattress.

The loading in Hastings was really good by the three guys and the unloading in Auckland was the same.  Apart from those couple of things everything else seemed fine.
