The guys packing and unpacking were excellent. My only complaint is lack of communication from the dispatch team. Pickup was nearly two hours late and I had to keep calling to find out when they'd arrive. Also for delivery I had to make several calls to find out when it would be dropped off. Difficult for planning without an accurate time.

Right from the initial phone call through to the outstanding attitude and work ethic of your moving guys on moving day the experience was stress free and easy, I could not have asked for more. We received outstanding service from Conroy removals when we shifted from the South Island to the North Island. The cost to shift us was more than fair. The Driver and loaders were helpful, polite, courteous and professional. Our possessions arrived on time and in perfect condition. It poured with rain the whole time they were unloading the truck but our furniture remained dry. I would recommend Conroy removals without reservation. Thank you so much

"I found Conroys very good to deal with"
I found Conroys very good to deal with. The pick up was a day early (however, this worked out fine; the driver phoned before arrival). Delivery in Red Beach was good, the two men were very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately two of my medium boxes weren't delivered, however, I am sure these will turn up (they are being followed up).
Great care taken with artworks thanks. Always good to know if works will be re-handled in transit as we prefer no double-handling if possible.
