"I will use again and recommend"
I thought the service was great. Booked on Thursday and goods picked up the following Friday, all communication was direct between Conroy and the seller it made things easy for me. Prompt replies from customer service. I will use again and recommend. Cheers
"I would like to say a huge thank you"
I would like to say a huge thank you to Conroy Removals for their wonderful service from day 1. Everyone was extremely efficient, from the lady who came to give us a quote and the guys who came to pick up our goods who were superb in every way. Even more amazing was that our goods were here when we arrived. "Wouldn't recommend to others"
Wouldn't recommend to others because then I would feel responsible if something went wrong with their move. Probably wouldn't use again because packing not great and 3 breakages - although thought the people I dealt with were pleasant.

"can do approach"
The men had to remove front door to get kiln into studio unfortunately in the handling the kiln was heavily dropped onto concrete floor from the trolly. The result was a delicate ceramic probe broke I do not know if this is critical as it has not yet been fired. However they were lovely guys with a can do approach to a tricky operation.

Have used Conroys on several occassions now and have always had great, friendly, efficient service from the staff at every contact point. Would not hesitate to use you again, and have already recommended you to others.

only one person came to collect furniture so my husband had to help, also about an hour late coming. But my daughter who received it at the other end actually rang the company to tell them of their efficient service they were very impressed. Also the costs were very competitive.

Conroy team were helpful and friendly. When they arrived they got straight into the task at hand and completed in an efficient manner.

The driver who picked my gear up in Queenstown was fantastic and a great credit to Conroys - he was helpful, friendly and a very hard worker. I was very impressed with his great attitude and strong work ethic. Please pass on my thanks.

"We had exemplary service"
We had exemplary service - particually since the access at our new house was steep and the moving guys were amazing at getting everything up into the house.
Late in arriving. Not contacted to say that they would be so late.
Had person come and quote and check driveway for access. Said that there were a couple of trees to trim but they would do that on the day. (The weekend before the shift we trimmed all the trees) On arrival Conroys couldn't get up the drive as trees needed more trimming. They didn't have anything to trim the trees with and nor did we as we had sold the chainsaw etc. at clearing sale. Fortunately our car was out and about by the time Conroys arrived and so we could go and "borrow a chainsaw and a person" to trim the trees further. John (a stroke victim) couldn't cut the trees and I couldn't either. That is why we wanted to know what trees needed trimming when the guy came to look and give quote.
Things went smoothly once they got to the house and started work (be it 4 hours after they were due to arrive).
Unload at new address went well. A couple of knocks to the hallway walls which are now permanently damaged until such times as the house is rewallpapered etc.
