My shipment of heirloom items arrived in Australia as outlined in the shipping advice. Karen at Conroys Australia kept me informed at every step during the customs and quarantine clearance process. The shipment was delivered today safely and on time. Excellent service-well done.

You would have got a 5 star but when i offered my husbands services to help unload at our end I didn't realize he would have to lift a heavy steel ramp which knocked the wind out of him as he is not as fit as he once was....smile...
Excellent service otherwise and really happy with the move..

"The move was excellent"
The move was excellent apart from the damage to the two doors of the fridge freezer.
"Four stars given because..."
Four stars given because the delivery van leaks water. Simply not good enough. Lucky because only cartons that contain items which water will not effect were wet. Conroy staff worked well and placed most items where directed. However many boxes were/are stacked upside down. limited unpacking has occurred as the shipment is currently in private storage. therefore potential damage is unknown. One item has rubbing damage to two corners and will be photographed in due course. This has resulted from poor packing originally.

Very good service, took good care of my furniture, three very nice people on the job, was very surprised at how cheap the cost was for 3 staff and a large truck, now how expensive everthing is theses day. If you want the best phone Conroy. It was a very easy company to deal with.

We have used Conroys three times now and would recommend them , they take the hassle out of the move always on time and friendly, price wise the best, keep up the good work team.

The men that moved us in were outstanding, 1 helped me install the washing machine and they were very obliging.
One cane table was crushed, and we were waiting from. 9 until 2 for them to come. It came to $7,000 to move 3 crates and store 2 which still seems very pricey, there is no flexibility about going in to pull stuff out or sort it out.

Great service! I was very happy with the regular updates regarding our personal effects. If we ever require a removal company again, we would call Conroy without hesitation!

While the administrative side of the move was efficient the same cannot be said for the actual up-lifting and downloading.
The piano was transported to and from the truck in the most awkward and careless manner on its side on a trolley and got damaged in the process.
Boxes marked "books" were put on top of boxes maked "crockery: FRAGILE". When boxes were off-loaded, they were often turned on their sides despite clear indications of which side should be up.
We have not yet determined the full impact of the damge incurted as we are still unpacking.
Great company everything went smoothly and furniture arrived all in excellent condition.
