We were very happy with the way your men went about our move - they were friendly, helpful, and relaxed about the whole thing. Both packing loading and unloading were very well done and no damage at all - cartons and packing have since been picked up - Well done !! Apologies for the delay in replying but we have only just got our phone, and computer uyp and running again after two weeks wait.
"Duty of care could have been better"
Duty of care could have been better. While it was a very long day for the three guys, a few items were damaged during loading. An expensive lead glass display cabinet has two broken panes due to it being squeezed in to a smaller space on the truck than was needed. I was present when the glass broke. An oak dining table has a mark across it where the blanket moved and the item above was pushed in to place. The 4 bar gate/fence was damaged at the new house by the removal truck. Conroy has agreed to have the damaged gate section replaced. The lead glass panes will cost several hundred $ to replace.
Conroy need to consider better protection covers for the furniture. A company I used in Porirua had covers for the suite, all the beds, the table and chairs and all other expensive items. It meant that the goods were less likely to get damaged or marked. This would improve the customer satisfaction for Conroy.

Everyone that I dealt with was lovely, professional and made my life a lot easier. Even though a set of drawers were damaged in transit - I'm impressed with how the guys dealt with it. Awesome work!

The pickup of our items in Wellington was well managed and my wife was delighted with the service. The dropoff in Whakatane was not done well as the truck was two and a half hours late from the final leg from Tauranga to Whakatane. I ended up helping to unload my possesions as there was only one person in the truck and one person unloading.

Overall the service was very good but we had difficulty finding items when unpacking as the items were not labelled on the boxes correctly. It just made finding items more time consuming than it needed to be.

This review refers to the goods that had been held in storage. They were undamaged, not dusty. No problems at all.
The guys where absolutely brilliant in collecting my goods to delivering and unpacking. You have some really good people working for you. I have already recommended your services to friends of mine who will be shifting from Wellsford to Bay of Plenty. Good professional friendly team who took all the worry out of shifting and inspire confudence everything would be OK which it was.
