I am in Hamilton, I had to wait a considerable time for my furniture to be shifted, I do not think you are geared up to do Hamilton deliveries. Your staff were very good and I was happy when you wrapped the furniture.

"I found the process easy"
I found the process easy - however, a couple of points I'd like to make. I first called Conroy's to get an estimate of the cost for the item to be collected from Qtown and delivered to Wellington and was told it would be around $280. That gave me a good guide as to the total cost of the item and with confidence I bidded and won the auction on Trade Me. I then called your company to arrange pick up and was told I should have got a firm quote (being unfamiliar with the process I hadn't done that). I was then told the total cost was $800+. I had no choice but to go ahead - but you can see that the cost was a huge variation to the price I was given prior to my bidding on the auction.
The second point - I expected delivery to be about 10 working days time but it was much longer than that. I followed up about 5 working days later to see how it was progressing and was told it was in the Chch depot. I didn't receive the item for another two weeks. To be honest - it suited me because it was only going into storage but had I wanted the item in a hurry, I would have had to be chasing your company up to get it on time.

No issues other than our rimu coffee table receiving a large dent on the top.

As mentioned previously; I relocated fm Singapore to 33A The Crescent Oct 2013 and used 'Family Movers/UTS' ... (brilliant co. - used twice b4 in Asia) they in turn used CONROYS for NZ leg. Conroys was fab. - diff. crew - Kimi etc. - v. good.
I have just bought my darling wee doll's house at Gateways Apartments and moved on Monday 15 June - WITHOUT exception - these bods have made my journey / my new freedom fun! I doubt we will ever meet each other again, but I am forever grateful... Graeme, assessor, Joanne, office organiser!; Don, Ops?; Keith? delivery / removal of boxes (yes already collected by 18/6 - again by same guy); THE MOVERS: Cuz,Jason and Scott.... If u can be bothered; GIVE THEM ALL MY THANKS and REGARDS - I am now settled (oh really? 3 days later!! - I am actually....) in my own wee home - thank you....
