"went smoothly with no hiccups"

We were completely satisfied with your service. We moved from the Hibiscus Coast to Hawkes Bay. Communication throughout was great, the guys at both ends were pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. It was good to know everything was safe and secure during the 2 week storage period and even better when everything arrived safe and sound with not a single breakage. Thanks to all concerned

"The driver was very late picking up"
The driver was very late picking up - I had specified a time as I had to go out but neither dispatch nor the drivers seemed too concerned about this. Then after collection I noticed that the deliver docket had the wrong deliver address on it (different to the one I provided) so I emailed to get this fixed. However, when Christchurch dispatch rang me to organise delivery this hadn't been changed, luckily I checked.

I would have been happier if your invoices showed details of the expense. Also the chain of command had not informed the delivery people of the contact person to receive my belongings.

Very good service from Nicole and prompt responses, and also additional assistance when we had to send some more items back to NZ.

Guys were great. It was a long shift needing two truckloads.

A good service and everything arrived back intact except for 4 stemmed wine glasses - three from our best set and one ugly one. I suggest pack your own stemmed wine glasses or Conroy review methods for packing these.
"great seamless move"
Awesome guys, extremely helpful, friendly and very professional and that was in both Auckland and Hastings. The only gripe I had was the lack of communication from the dispatch team in Auckland. Not been contacted as to a time for uplift was stressful, and I feel unnecessary. Yes they are busy, but I also had things I needed to plan for and the lack of contact and me having to make phone calls did add a lot of pressure. But other than that was a great seamless move and I do appreciate that. Thank you.
