"damaged the fence"
The driver drove into and damaged the fence of my new rental property. Waiting to hear back from someone that this will be fixed. The back of my bookshelf has been split down the middle. The handle for my fridge has been broken off. The uplift crew had not been informed that they were to pack as well so had to wait for boxes and delivery delayed.

"very efficient"
I found every member of the team involved in our move very efficient. The only problem we had was with the delivery of our items being 3 hours late. We were advised that they would be there between 10.30am and 11.00am, however they didn't arrive until between 1.30pm and 2.00pm which was a bit of inconvenience as we'd both taken time off work based on the advised delivery timeslot.

"our move was excellent"
On the whole, our move was excellent. Megan did an amazing job packing up all our fragile items. Just a couple of areas that we weren't as happy with - there were quite a few items left in our house like the towels we'd used that morning, bathroom items which weren't packed and we had to go back to retrieve. If we needed to take these things ourselves, that would have been fine, but we had understood that everything we had used in the morning would be packed up and brought to our new home. The other issue was that the toilet cleaning brush was packed in with all the other bathroom items but it still had some liquid in the bottom, which then went right through the box.
Other than those minor things, we were really impressed with Conroy's services and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
"Better analysis of the scope"
We have used Conroy in the past and had a better experience. This time we had booked a pack and move. We were moving from a five bedroom house and we were sent one packer! We had asked for boxes prior to packing day so that we could start to pack, and each time we were told 'no' as you were packing us. We ended up packing more than the packer on the actual day. We then had one truck turn up to move us, which was too small, and had to wait for another to become available. This was very stressful as it was setllement day and the people moving in were in the road waiting for us to get out, while we were waiting for another truck. We even contemplated getting a rental truck and moving the rest ourselves, even though we had already paid Conroys up front, prior to uplift!! To finish off, when we arrived at our new house, the removal men complained about the location and access to the house. I would have thought that Conroy's would have scoped out the destination location, as it was local, so that they were aware of the access to the house they were moving us too. At the end of the day, only the hard work put in by the men physically moving us, prevented us from asking for a refund! Unlikely to use Conroys again. Better analysis of the scope of the move by the assesor would have prevented a considerable degree of stree for all concerned.
This is the fifth time that you have moved us and each time we have been extremely happy. David arranged our other four shifts and please give him my best wishes. In response to your query below, I cannot think of any area you can improve...
