Apart from being delivered 6 days late. There was substanial damages to a large number of items.

The guys were professional at all times and did a really good job. When they left a few things behind, they immediately turned around and came back for these items as soon as I phoned, and when a box went missing, it was located immediately and delivered that day. All in all, I was very impressed. We will use your services again when we move again.

I couldn't of asked for better service.  I have moved many times and this had to of been one of my best experiences.  Lovely friendly helpful service and very efficient.  Thank you

Hi yes a great service, we had 4 deliveries in Auckland.  A very sad situation for our family with our father passing unexpectdly.  The packing boys in Bethlehem were kind and caring. Scot and team were excellent as well with delivery addresses of 4 places in Auckland.  They also were excellent and I would like you to pass this on to both teams.  They made our move possible and they were all very thoughtful and kind to us at a very sad time.

It would be great if a single contact is provided to check the status and other enquires. Had to ring various branches to find the status before it got delivered. Derek from christchurch branch was very helpful.

We have moved 7 times in the last few years and this was the easiest, most professional move we have experienced.  The team arrived promptly, worked quickly but carefully, non stop the whole morning. 

I would recommend them to everyone.

Goods arrived on time but three items of furniture damaged.

There were two problems we encountered. 1) A dent in the wall when guys removed a couch from upstairs. 2) We didn't know that payment was expected in Cash..so were followed to the bank at the end of an exhaustive day to withdraw money.

Very helpful service right from the beginning with your office personel. Very happy with the men who collected the goods and the condition of the goods on arrival.
