"I found the Salesman a little pushy"
I found the Salesman a little pushy. The bedroom boxes were all labelled 'Master' bedroom and it made it a nightmare when we intended to only bring back half the house especially when we specifically stated we were only bringing back half the house. The walls were scuffed and a light shade dented when moving furniture back into the house. Moving staff were friendly and easy to get along with.

The Staff I dealt with were professional, curteous, friendly and very helpful on every level. The delivery guys went over and above what I would call routine deliveries. I would definitely use Conroys again in the furure and would recommend your company to anyone wanting a removalist. "On the whole, a great job well done"
We were very impressed with the speed at which the guys packed our belongings and loaded the truck. Our move was a big one and Gary did an amazing job to get everything packed into the truck and trailer. While there was a little bit of superficial damage to some items of furniture, which we fell is to be expected, there was no serious damage to anything. Our only complaint would be that the packers could have labelled the boxes better so that we could identify what was in each box without having to open them up to find out. Some boxes were not labelled at all. We still have not managed to find the high chair and a clay pot, despite opening up all the household boxes and most of the garage boxes. Some household stuff has been found in garage boxes, which we have found a little surprising, so we are hopeful that the high chair is still in one of the garage boxes yet to be opened. On the whole, a great job well done.

The men who did my move for me was nothing less than awesome! They worked quickly, and were personable and friendly and very helpful in moving things around. Moving can be stressful but these guys made it smooth and easy!
Please pass on my personal thanks to Snow and (sorry can't remember the other guys name). I need to move again (not that I plan to) I would ask specifically for them!

"Very unfortunate move"
This second shift was not up to the standard of the first move. The young fellow was over confident and careless with our furniture, damaging two legs of a large steel table. I had to calm him down with his style of trying to lift heavy items by himself. Speed was all he knew. Very unfortunate move.

Thank you very much Conroy, we are super happy we have chosen you out of a short list of three. Very happy with up-load in Auckland, storage (3 months) and un-load in Tauranga. The two men who unloaded here in Tauranga, Colby and Snow were exceptionally good, the best we've ever had - we have moved 11 times in the past 14 years! Will be in touch re our next move...
"Conroys have been an exceptional company"
I want to pass on to you and management the excellent job the 2 removal men did for me on Saturday. They had 3 floors to contend with, a piano and 4 very heavy pieces of wooden furniture. As well as other boxes, couches and so forth.The lift was an old small one so they had to carry the large heavy solid wooden furniture up 3 flights of stairs as well as the larger couch! So please hand on my sincere thanks both to the movers and the office team I have worked with. Amazing understanding and consideration. Once again, Conroys have been an exceptional company to work with in relocating and storing my belongings.
"Over all great service"
Over all great service but sorry to say the online booking system made it really difficult for me to get a fair deal, and was actually quite time consuming. Maybe because I was seeking an hourly rate?? The guys who did the move were awesome, really friendly and hard working.

Communication and quality of service has been fantastic. Dissapointed to notice that we had items damaged and due to our items going straight into storage for a couple months, we were unable to check the remainding items for damage and by the time we do, they will no longer be covered under policy. Overall satisfisfaction, 4 out of 5.
"this was the worst experience"
Poor communication, slow response, slighly arrogant, slow. Have moved my entire household contents many times and this was the worst experience.
Conroy subcontracted (I believe) to Price's in Dunedin, and the two guys, Nigel and Brett, were terrific. They came at 830 am and worked hard all day, even through setbacks in the assembly of the wardrobes and bed. I must ask Conroy to pass feedback to All Routes back in Belfast, however, that the peices required for the reassembly were not clearly packed or marked and in some cases we have not yet located key bolts, etc. Would request that a 'priority bag' system or similar be established by All-Routes, and it was only due to the persistence of Nigel and Brett that we have functioning bed and wardrbobes. I would be grateful if you would pass on my gratitude to Nigel and Brett for overcoming the difficulties. However, on the positive side, would report that nearly everything was packed sufficiently carefully to avoid the vast majority of breakages, with only one picture glass broken among many fragile items, so thanks due to All Routes for care and attention in that regard. On the New Zealand side, much appreciated the efficient and helpful service in the office and with communications, as well as the earlier than expected delivery of the shipment. Many thanks.
