Pick up was great!  Delivery was earlier than expected which was great.  Problem was, when items were unloaded from the truck.  It was very rushed, boxes that were clearly labelled were put in the wrong rooms, items that were dismantled by Conroy were left dismantled.  A bedroom mirror, taken off the drawers, was either broken or fell off from normal wear and tear, however it was placed behind a different drawer and I was not informed that it had been broken, was not till later in the night when I went to put it on the drawer myself that i found it and realised it was no longer on the frame.  It would've been nice if someone brought this to my attention.  Also, my understanding as I was told is that items that are dismantled by conroy and put together by conroy, this did not happen with anything.

Really appreciated the great  team work a job very well done.

The 3 young men who moved my belongings into storage on 14 th July arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently .Access is up and down 48 steps but that did not bother them.The items were put into a local storage unit without any difficulty.When I move my items from storage I will use your service again 

I would like to first of all thank Conroy Removals for a job well done the workers were so kind and friendly and we were happy in how they handle pack our things now we are at our new place and we thankyou for handling and delivering our things once again thankyou so much.

Wow we had amazing truck driver and crew at both havelock and palnerston north end we couldn't of asked for better service and will highly recommend conroys to others in the future. So thank you conroys for the great experience of a hasel and stress free relocation. Kind regards Shelley and Murray
