Helpful staff in Wellington for quote and backup information. A much better price than a rival company.  Good moving staff with trucks who took care but one foot was lost somewhere off my fridge! That is the only little niggle!

Your crew are fantastic. Passionate and hardworking. They have very good teamwork and positive communication with each other - this is to be commended.

In our case I told Conroy on two occassions that we had 100 steps and a full houseload of stuff - this was estimated by Conroys as 4-6hrs but it took 10hrs. Luckily I had budgeted for 8hrs. This put your crew under a lot of pressure and I understand they were due to do another delivery at the end of the day. They didn't stop to eat or even have a breather. Look after your crew!

I think management needs to be more realistic about what's achieveable and build in time for lunch and short breaks.

In addition you do not take payment online. It would be good if you could have just provided me with an account number.

Guys were spot on time and were courteous and speedy. All goods quickly disembarked at destination. Good price too. Thanks 

"three items of the freight arrived damaged"

I was dissapointed that three items of the freight arrived damaged and some parts that were broken were not included in the delivery so that repairs could made. I can only assume that your company did not think it important to deliver the missing broken parts.

I just wanted to say that the team of guys that helped us move were excellent.  They were professional, respectful and a pleasure to be around please pass on this feedback to them as they did an awesome job and I would like to thank them for it.  Izabela was also great, she listened to our requests to ensure a smooth hassle free move and last but not least Graeme provided multiply quotes in a timely manner as always.  Thanks Conroys excellent job.

"only two gripes I have"

only two gripes I have

1. Is a metal lampstand that was snapped in half (I have had this for over 20 years, so it has sentimental value and not huge monetary value), I had another lamp that had a glass lampshade and this was fine, can't understand how this one could have been broken? can you recommend a welder in Christchurch so I can have it repaired? and yes I had insurance but not worth claming as it would be a small cost.

2. As removal guy was lifting my couch within the removal truck, he dropped it and broke a plastic leg off. He was apologetic and I was able to find another one from the shop I brought it from.

"Absolutely asthonished how our container was repacked"

Absolutely asthonished how our container was repacked. Neglecting handling instructions and warning signs, very rude handling and dumb placement of antiques, paintings, tv's while repacking our container. We and the moving company in Holland did our best to put everything in a safe place ie fragile things under the table or in a cabinet but it was all just smashed back in the container after inspection.

Now halfway trough container, will contact you again when fully unloaded and come up with full list of damaged goods.

Thank you for providing such a great service for us given the short notice we had to move.  There is no doubt the removal men you provided were highly experienced as they were very efficient and careful, and lovely friendly people.  I would not hesitate to book a service with you again.

Hi

This is the forth time I have used Conroys for moves and once again we were not disappointed.  The guys were fantastic even when faced with the drive way nightmare (which we had asked someone to check out in advance) just in case - this didn't seem to have happened). Scott and his boys handled this setback with a professional attitude and got on and got the job done.  Very much appreciated.
