"Thanks to all staff"
Thanks to all staff in NZ who kept us calm and up to date with the consignment details. Especially Thanks to Nicole who was so kind and patient.
"very disapointed"
The pick up and delivery were fine, although the 7 day delay in delivering did seem excessive. I was however very disapointed to find that stickers had been attached to all my funiture and belongings which did not come off and left my things marked and covered in glue and bits of paper.
"overall experience was not fantastic"
The guys that did the packing were excellent, however we had issues when the container got lost in Wellington and the whole transit took far longer than the 7 days we were advised of at the beginning when we were quoted. In fact we went with you even though you were more expensive than the other quote as we had heard good things, however our overall experience was not fantastic

"The entire process was easy and effective"
The entire process was easy and effective from getting the quote to having questions answered . The removal and delivery teams were both professional and friendly. All up your service is excellent and the below points are things that would simply round out the service fully.and really set you apart.We have found that an item was missed on the inital uplift on the 27/1/16 - It was collected but not listed on the paperwork and subsequently not delivered. The item in question is a 2 person tent in a round flat green bag around 1 metre in diameter. If this could be located and returned to us it would be much appreciated. On delivery a large rectangular flat box with box # 107 was in the truck but was not for us so went back on it, perhaps these 2 items got mixed up?
After the uplift we found the sliding door that was used to transport several heavy items out was sticking and found the metal at the bottom had been bent from a trolley with a heavy load going over it. Perhaps issue metal cover steps to prevent this?
We had the delivery day set to be the 2nd or 3rd of February and were told we would be contacted a day or two before delivery to confirmtime but didn't get contacted till about 11am on the 2nd for delivery that day after 3pm which was ok but a little more notice would be helpful.
Many thanks for all the work though as we are very happy with things.

"A lack of communication regarding start times"
A lack of communication regarding start times - I had to ring the local office and find out when the packers would be at our place. Also, uplifting was meant to start at 8.30am on moving day, but the truck didn't arrive until 1pm, which made it very tight time-wise for us to clean the house after the furniture had been moved out.
Packing was excellent - so far nothing broken has been found.
Once again good service from the Conroy boys, thanks guys
