The corporate team was extremely flexible and very responsive and the delivery team were on-time, friendly and careful with our belongings. Couldn't ask for more really.

all in all a very good service, especially communication with your quoting staff. no matter how many times we changed the consignment which was i think 4 times, the answers always came back quickly with a new quote, this was much appreciated. this was us moving our furniture down to Christchurch for our Son who had just moved there. The pick up staff was friendly, small mishap putting the bed head in upon sliding it into the truck the floor support was knocked off and they tried to hide it, but i saw it happen and made light of it and helped them fix it. perhaps just be a little more careful. The only real complaint was delivery times. My Son was told it would be delivered early on the Monday morning so arranged time off to wait, it never arrived and had to make a call to see where it was to be told sorry wasn't going to be until the next day, this was fine but meant more time off the following day. With a new job and all it was a bit frustrating as he has now lost more out of his pay packet due to your error. Communication would have been great and that way he could've had avoided loss of pay on the original delivery day. Apart from that, very happy with everything else.
