The service from Conroys was good up until we received our goods. It was then that we realised items that should've been wrapped weren't, the killer for us was the one thing we couldn't afford to get wet (my toddlers mattress) got wet! We were told in our quote that this would get wrapped but it never happened! Instead we recieved the mattress damp... this is now useless to us as we have no idea how long it's been sitting damp for as we had Conroys store it for us for 5 days. It was a custom hand made organic mattress that we bought especially for my son due to his excema. There is NO way we would use it now and risk having him inhale whatever could be growing in the mattress in fear of triggering the excema we have fought so hard to keep at bay! We are now waiting to see what happens with our claim form, in the meantime we're having bedtime battles as we're having to put our toddler in a bed he isn't familiar with! Words cannot explain our disappointment. We feel let down by Conroys for not following through with what they said they would do in the first place. Had the mattress been wrapped from the start as quoted all of this inconvenience would've been avoided. Our only hope now is that our claim gets resolved sooner rather than later so we can get our toddler back into his own bed!
