Terrible service received. Our furniture was not packed professionally and got damaged/broken while in transit. The packers did not bring any tools along with them and used the car key as a screwdriver. Our big bedroom mirror has not arrived and still waiting for it to be delivered. 

The service was spread over two days: packing and uplifting. I thought the packers weren't up to the usual Conroy standard (I have used your service three times now). One, in particular, was very slow and when I went to clean up after the move I found one of the drawers were not completely packed and one of the cupboards hadn't been touched. So pot lids are now separated from pots. When the movers came in on Friday (Steve, Peter and Ben) expecdting it all to be done they were taken aback how much there was still left to do. Because I have used your service before I could tell on the first day that this wasn't your usual approach and was feeling nervous. The three guys were amazing and Steve remembered moving me before. The packers need more training. They were friendly. Other feedback: Texting confirmation is fiddly. Could this be automated so the I don't have to re-enter the phone or job number.

Everything ran smoothly, the crew at the Matamata end were great and always happy friendly and smiling, and the crew at the Wellington end the same. You have a great bunch of guys working for you, hope you recognise that. Thanks to Hannah and Taupea, made us feel at ease, especially as our stress levels were right up trying to find a place to live in Wellington... which we did at the last moment, nothing was an issue, it at least made one major part of our move easy. Thank you.
