I have already recommended Conroy Removals to others.
I was very impressed with the 3 'guys' that did our move.They worked effectively and efficiently.
They were polite, careful. clean, tidy and thoughtful.
I look forward to contacting Conroy's again in approx 6 months for my next move-to my brand new house.

"received alot of last minute help to get packed"
I received alot of last minute help to get packed when I had counted on more time myself and was very grateful for the professionalism of everyone involved in helping get me on the road on time as planned.

The Auckland guys picking our goods up, and the team unpacking and delivering in Tauranga were excellent. However the call centre contact, communication and customer service was extremely poor. No contact was made with us after the original booking, we had to do all the chasing to call to get information. We were told a named individual was our co-ordinator but she failed to return a call when we left a message. We also called for some advice about how best to pack some items which wasn't very helpful. We didn't even know when delivery to our new home was expected until a very short time before, to know when to arrive with keys to the new location. So customer service needs to be improved considerably.

One damaged piece of furniture which needs to be sorted but otherwise a good experience. Very hard working team.

Very good service from all concerned, removalists worked like trojans, big ups to them.
Unfortunately the same can't be said for the hold advertising.

I would like to let you know, that everything went really well on Saturday.
Matt and Matt were on time, professionally, thinking ahead, careful with the goods and very friendly.
We are very happy to have met them and that they made our move so easy.
And of course, I would also like to say thank you to Emma and Lynn for their great work and help.
We really did not think, that moving overseas would be that easy.

Absolutely brilliant! A great team of guys for pick up and for delivery. Hard workers and all around great people. I've never had a bad experience with Conroys and this one was no different. Thank you!

The team at Conroy kept us very well informed throughout the arrival and processing of our shipment. The guys who delivered it to our house were very friendly and professional. And everything arrived in great condition!

Adequate shift punctual nice guys no concerns just not as good as the crew that moved us last time. No complaints though

Team very good to excellent for constructive criticism blank previous entries on boxes as it can be confusing I appreciate the problems the team will face but identification of various items is of primary importance as one cannot find a number of items at the property shifted to, cheers anyway and thanks nothing is perfect. 
Everything good except one really annoying thing...the name labels stuck to every item of my furniture. They are REALLY hard to remove, if not impossible, and some have damaged items. There are easy to remove stickers, and really hard to remove stickers. Please invest in higher quality removable ones, or find another way of safely labelling. Other than that little gripe, everything is so well packed, and the service can't really be faulted. Cheers!
