Prior arrangements in terms of logistical issues were not ideal but the moving personel led by Mick were first class and could not be faltered.

All was done really good. Just one sad moment - looks like something very heavy was standing over the box with crockery (was named clearely with sign 'fragile')- as a result one plate was broken.

Nothing was a problem for the guys who moved our stuff. The whole experience was excellent !!!!!

Although your guys were very nice and helpful, treatment of our property was rough and a lot was damaged.

Everything good except one really annoying thing...the name labels stuck to every item of my furniture.  They are REALLY hard to remove, if not impossible, and some have damaged items.  There are easy to remove stickers, and really hard to remove stickers.  Please invest in higher quality removable ones, or find another way of safely labelling.  Other than that little gripe, everything is so well packed, and the service can't really be faulted.  Cheers!
