What was impressive was that all the people we dealt with, (i.e. Office staff/administration; Truckies; Loaders/Unloaders; the guy picking up the cartons/packing materials after the shift; people at Mount Maunganui & Napier on the end of the phone), could not have been more helpful. All were fast/efficient, totally professional, personable and friendly. We would not hesitate to use Conroy's services in the future and will certainly be recommending your company to others.

Second time we have used Conroys in the last 16 mths or so and very pleased as usual, from the first phone call with all of the apprehension about shifting etc all of the problems were taken care off by the first contact lady we spoke to within the first few minutes , the packing and unpacking teams were excellent and so far, not a single thing broken, so thanks again for a great job, your team all deserve a pat on the back, I was going to say a pay rise then i thought no no, ill have to pay for that, cheers, Dave

Really nice job guys all the way through the entire process thank you, Laura-Jayne is a lovely front-line ambassador for Conroy, really helpful, accessible and responsive. The pick up and delivery guys were excellent also, communicative, on time and also really obliging and helpful. This was a potentially tricky remotely-arranged pick up and delivery from Westport to Auckland with multi-contacts, all completely taken care of by your great team. Thanks again and well done, Ross
All the personell we delt with were friendly, obliging,very professional, and good fun in what was quite a stressful experience for us.(moving after 43 years!!). I cant recommend your company highly enough. You were very accommodating in allowing us to postpone a couple of days because of the weather conditiions and that was most appreciated.
