The boys from Conroy's were very efficient and professional about packing up our house. We were particularly impressed with Josh - a young man with a lovely manner about him. Nothing was too much of a problem and after the initial shock of having other people packing my 'stuff' it was a relatively stress free move. Thank you Conroy's, if I was moving again you get the job!
"The removal team were great"
The removal team were great, nice people and very carefull with our belongings. The only issue we had was that we had asked for a 10:am start time and they turned up at 8am , however 2 hours was removed from the bill so all was good in the end. We also did not recieve a call the day before confirming the time. Other than that we were very happy.

"Every think was good except..."
Every think was good except for my baby's TV cabnit was tiped up side down right in frount of us with his DVD in it now it doesn't go and my son isn't happy becouse it don't work ..

Cant fault your team!!! From pickup in Perth WA to delivery in NZ, I personally had an amazing highly customer service focused experience from all aspects of you team. The most fun part was the pick up guys such a great couple of blokes!!

The movers were kind and courteous and did everything to make the packing as easy as possible. This is a stressful time and the guys who did the job for me knew how to have a laugh and get the job done. I haven't yet had my goods removed from storage to my new home but I expect the same high service will prevail.
Arranging the removal administratively was a breeze, brilliant and impressive process done online with someone ringing to confirm, well done! With the exception of one peice of furniture which fell apart but debateable if it was just wear and tear in the first place, the rest of the furniture was well handled and in good condition. The guys went out of their way to deliver an item to another property which was over and above expectations. Probably the only suggested improvement I could make is to give the customer plenty of notice when the removal/delivery is to take place. I had a lot to organise with juggling our renovations with my work and I ended up having to cancel a meeting as I wasn't contacted until the night before to say they would be there at 8am the next morning, if I had known this earlier I wouldn't have needed to free up my whole day which cost me precious time.
