"Disappointed in the service"
Regular email communications were good. Belongings left NZ promptly but were in Brisbane over 2 1/2 weeks before getting delivered. On day of delivery they were over 2 1/2 hrs late with no communications and when I rang, no verbal apology. They only sent 1 person to unload large furniture and he didnt offer to take the bubble wrap away. Disappointed in the service.

while generally happy, we have subsequently found several items damaged, one of which we reported and didn't even get an apology for what was a rookie mistake by one of the packers. We certainly regret not buying insurance as that would have helped defrayed expenses in getting repairs/replacements
"Your four guys were amazing"
Your four guys were amazing. They did a wonderful job, carrying our 80 banana boxes of books up to the first floor. The second team worked until 7 o'clock at night. They were all absolutely brilliant and we are most grateful to them. Thank you

"I wasn't very happy with the way I was treated"
I wasn't very happy with the way I was treated from the administration team the driver who picked up and dropped off stuff was good although when my stuff got dropped off I felt sorry for him as there was no body to help him unload the truck. I will highly not recommend your company to anyone I know
"went the extra mile"
Conroy boys were punctual, friendly, cheerful and thorough. They went the extra mile and made our new home look like we had lived there for ages.
"Every thing went reasonably well"
Every thing went reasonably well although we now have blue white ware. We can only presume that damp blankets were used to cover our dryer, washing machine, microwave. I have tried to remove it with jiff but it doesn't want to come off. Do you have any suggestions? As far as we can see we have no breakages, just a few minor marks and scratches. The men that delivered our furniture etc were very pleasant and helpful although we were not given a list to mark of as the boxes were brought in and did not realise at the time that all were numbered so do not know if everything arrived or not! We have not unpacked everything as we will have to move again.
The delivery went very smooth and with no damage or breakages. Very fast efficient packers and unpackers and lovely mannered young lads..
