every one I delt with from beginning to the end fantastic.I did think the two people that did the packing for me in Auckland were wonderful and if I had a buisness would be happy to have them aboard,some people deserve pay increases.Thank you will need you to move me in the new year sometime.

The operators undertook their duties with a very positive attitude and worked well as a team, they were a credit to the Conroy brand.

Very friendly and helpful guys, had to cope with a few difficulties but carried on happily. Very effecient and asked if in doubt.
A couple of small marks on new paintwork but not a problem as have paint.

Unlike the recent contents delivery to the same address, this one was on time.
Unfortunately, the container was unable to be opened because the delivery guys were not provided with a key and their bolt cutters were of no use. Consequently there was a frustrating and considerable delay especially as my wife and I had both sacrificed a day off work.
There were quite a number of items that were damaged due to either the total absense of, or inadequate packaging and we await advice on the claims procedure. We have just realised that some large pots/containers with live shrubs/trees have not been delivered at all.
Overall though, the majority of the contentes arrived unscathed and were well cared for.

"I would never use your company again"
I would never use your company again,this is my second time the first was flawless and the reason I booked you again but this time was rubbish I specifically asked to have my leather chairs to have covers on them what i ended up with is muddy footprints over them where they were being walked on without covers, on. the tops of all the bedroom drawers and bedside tables have large gouges and multiple deep scratches on all of them no care was taken whatsoever.I phoned the depot twice to find out what was happening to my furniture and when it would be delivered it took two weeks toget and no communication and to see how it was dumped in the storage unit was unbelievablle I had to cover the some items to stop further damage.Somebody was having a bad day but I payed for a good day
"very efficent and very pleasant"
Mike, Pablo and Von? were fantastic and despite one having a sprained ankle and hobbling and another with a sore back they were very efficent and very pleasant and were very a happy team. Thanks guys, it was a very windy day which did make it challaging at times.
Thank you to Sharon Symons from the Melbourne office for coming out to Inverloch to give us an in house quote and then organising our move to New Zealand for us. Along with everyone else at Conroy, your knowledge, help and gudiance with the overall process was amazing. Our consigment arrived in excellent condition without any delays and with very prompt delivery to residence. Will defenatley use your services again. And without a doubt, will definatley be recommending your services to others! You'll have my parents on board with there move to NZ within the next 12 Months! thanks again!
