I would have to say I was very happy with the total experience have had from Conroys which started with my first phone call which was very informative Nathan Forlong came and did my pricing and he was excellent and very professional , Tina McGrannachan was also excellent to deal with and made the process so easy. On the day of packing in Havelock North your two staff were very helpful and professional we then went on to the day of pick up and Darrel and his team were outstanding. The team who unloaded in Taukau were also a great team so you have given me a great customer experience which I very much appreciate. Please pass on my thanks to your awesome team Regards Kim

In regards to the drivers they were excellent but whoever loaded their truck missed 5 or so boxes so they had to come back two days later so this is why I am only giving 3/5.

Prior arrangements in terms of logistical issues were not ideal but the moving personel led by Mick were first class and could not be faltered.
This was my first time using a moving company and I was a bit overwhelmed by it all. Everyone who I had contact with from the call centre, admin and the moving crews were very helpful and patient with me. I will definitely contact Conroy for my next move.
