We used Conroy Removals to ship our belongings from Rotorua NZ to the Cook Islands. We had no issues and are very happy with the service provided. The quote was well below those presented by other shipping companies. Highly recommended. Thank you!
"There were no breakages"
From the time Hannah arrived at our home in Hamilton until the boys unloaded the last carton at our new home in Nelson we had an excellent service experience from Conroys. There were no breakages and both the packing team and the delivery team went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of.
"Really unimpressed"
This was probably one of the more stressful and frustrating experiences of a difficult week. We chose to go with Conroys because 2 years ago they made a marvellous job moving us from Chch to Nelson and, to be fair, the Nelson guys were stars again this time! However, the communication with the national office people was poor, confused (and confusing) and it took many followup calls on our part before we could be sure what was happening, when it was happening and how much and when we would be charged! Really unimpressed, I'm afraid.

Only part of my stuff arrived on time, it was meant to be there on wed but it arrived thursday. The lost stuff only made it to me on monday so i had quiet a few days with beds i couldn't assemble as half of the parts were missing. Communication was poor i kept on having to ring people up to chase my things.

I have moved house15 times and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with removal men. The two men who did the move were very obliging and very careful with everything they handled. Please pass on my thanks to them.

Very friendly and obliging movers, a pleasure to deal with. Only negative which they corrected once I said something, was that they started moving good wooden furniture without ensuring there was blankets/padding between the furniture and the moving trollys.. Also we were meant to get a large truck and got a smaller one which meant 2 trips instead of only one..

"start to finish there were no problems"
I moved from Brisbane to Napier and found the service to be great. From start to finish there were no problems. I emailed my queries and the response was quick. My things arrived promptly and everything was still in great condition. Thanks to everyone at Conroys for making a big move that little bit easier by providing a great service..
"The truck was late and there wasn't enough people"
The truck was late and there wasn't enough people loading the truck, hence it took 7 hours to load. By the end of the day the guys were stuffed and care slipped.
Moved up from Wellington to Havelock Nth from a good size 4 bed house, and Conroys made the whole thing a lot easier than i expected. Pack Thursday, pick up Friday, and deliver Saturday, all of which were achieved with no fuss or inconvenience. Staff have been excellent, and other than a dent in the clothes dryer, which happens and has been resolved through insurance, we have had a great experience through Conroy's..Only small issue being the excess on the insurance of $250 which makes claiming on smaller items a bit pointless, but other than that excellent.
