"pre-move info & communication is excellent"
This was our 2nd move with Conroys and their pre-move info & communication is excellent. They turn up and get into it on time and at a great pace. Just make sure you number all boxes, tape keys and bolts to furniture, don't pack fine bone china with heavier china & do tell us if you put things inside cupboards at the new house! Overall their organisation is superb & we are happy customers:-)

"I loved the extra help of your team"
I chose your company on the excellent value you initially provided in your quote. My extra requests were not a problem and your team was very accommodating to my moving needs. I experienced no loss or damage during the move. I hated the experience of moving overall because it involved so much extra work but I loved the extra help of your team to make everything just a little easier.

Our experience with Conroy was excellent from start to finish. From the communication over the initial quote, the site assessment, the packing and final delivery, everyone we dealt with behaved super professionally and everything was so efficient.
Even reminders for documentation and payment were friendly and courteous.
Especially Nolene who came to pack and despatch our items was thorough, friendly and helpful.
For the price we paid and the service received, you guys are great value for money.
Well done Conroy, you have a great team of staff!

Very Happy with service guys were great and willing only issue was slightly late on pick up time but didnt slow us up to much so all good & understand they were restricted by the first job they had.

I was amazed at the service, second to none, I had expected a wait of at least a few days, however the phone was hardly down when 32 boxes were picked up and on their way, to get from Waiheke Island even to Auckland is a major job to get them to Christchurch in two days was a modern day miracle. My since thanks for carrying for my Library transfer so efficiently. Words alone do not give true justice to all your services from start to finish.

Tough day but staff were helpful and considerate.
the men were efficient and courteous. the total i had to pay must have been doubled by insurance. i wasn't aware how expensive that would be and was shocked. I wouldn't take insurance on a cross city move again and would rely on the expertise of the shifters
