"Communication was excellent"
I Ai am very great full to Conroy's for moving my furniture. As I was only moving part of my house to another city no other moving company would help me but Conroy's did. Communication was excellent. I always got answers to my questions. My items were delivered a day later than agreed on due to legal driving hours which was fine as I was informed about it so had no problems with the delay. I couldn't recommend Conroy's enough.

The paperwork needs to be simplified and it was not clear at the start how many different documents needed to be completed by when. Overall though it was pretty good.

The service from staff involved was excellent. Could not ask for more. The only reason for the 4 star rating was because there was quite a long delay in getting goods from Wellington to Te Awamutu. I understand this was due to the discovery of contamination by Red Back spiders when the container was opened. I do understand that Conroy's may not be at fault so I will not allow that to discourage me from using/recommending Conroys in the future.

The two men (Big Maori Boy and the Tall German Boy) who delivered to 10a Harbour Street, Auckland, made very light work of quite an awkward delivery. Very pleasant, Very helpful And they deserve a pat on the back from the Boss.
