"communications improved"
Although goods recieved, after initial agreement to proceed and full payment for service, I had NO communications from Conroy's, not a receipt for payment, nor any information on shipping. I had to chase up to find goods going nowhere at that time (1 month). After I questioned the proffessionalism of the company, communications improved.

Hi Team,
I have nothing but praise for the team who made the move seem effortless. From my first conversation on getting a quote, to the day my gear arrived in Napier. The guys in Auckland who came to load my gear were polite, respectful and worked efficiently. I was always well informed on what was happpening and when it was going to happen. I'd like to thank the team for all their efforts and would definitely use conroys again.

"very pleasant and arrived on time"
The guys were very pleasant and arrived on time. They loaded the truck well. Only one hickup, when carrying queen bed up the stairs going around the corner they knocked the corner, taking off paint and plaster. Apart from that we were pleased with their work
"disappointed with a couple of issues"
Thank you for the above service that your company recently completed for us. Everything did turn out ok in the end but we were a little disappointed with a couple of issues. Firstly, the notification to collect the furniture was not given with a couple of days notice so that we could organise someone to be there, and secondly we were given notification for the delivery a day earlier than we had specifically requested the delivery for. However we were very fortunate your company was able to accomodate a key collection prior to collecting the furniture and reorganise their delivery schedule to deliver on the orignal requested delivery day. It just created an unnecessary panic for us after having thought collection and delivery was sorted and agreed upon six weeks in advance. Of course alls well that ends well, so thank you once again for your help .

"some issues around the timing"
Thank you for this opportunity.
We had some issues around the timing, We recieved 3 different times from the NI office. By 11am I was starting to worry and needed confirmation that the shift would happen or did I need to look elsewhere as we had to go that day.
Also would have been nice if someone had looked at the access as it was difficult, It all worked out tho.

special mention must be made of the extremely helpful service provided by Isabela when proposed dates were
constantly changing.. overall a highly satisfactory experience.
"pleasant experience on a particularly hot day"
The team that came out to Havelock North to pack the truck were personable, efficient and good humoured making for a pleasant experience on a particularly hot day.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and great people to deal with. They were receptive to my needs and very helpful. The only downside was the moving guys were rough - I had my expensive hi-fi gear bubble wrapped and packed inside a roadcase. So long as it was transported right way up it would be fine and I made sure to explain this to the driver. To my dismay, when I arrived at destination I found they had stacked the roadcase on it's end causing all the contents to shift so all the weight went against the most delicate parts of the hi-fi equipment. Most of it was ok except one (expensive) amplifier which is now in the repair shop.
