The service was far from professional

  • My lino was left in Auckland and to date I still have not received it
  •  received a phone call from Guardian storage telling me my padlock had been put back on the storage door and locked. The driver told me he had put my padlock in one of my boxes.
  •  After sending numerous txts requesting ETA in Whakatane to two different mobile numbers, no one responded. I was phoned 5 minutes before the truck arrived in my driveway.
  • washing machine has a dent in the side, fridge was rammed in to the front of garage due to driver unable to stop trolley coming off the ramp from the truck
  • Driver made a mess of our lawn

I did alot of the moveing my self. young had no idea what to i had to tell. his mate talked to amate up drive for 15 mins. when we got to new house i was so fit up with them i said put in gargage on the lawn.they were talking truck iwent told iwas not paying for them to talk. i was ..  told be friend not to lose my cool.moved several thems that was the move from hell.no card boxs grand kids could do better.neighbours were.. with them

Very happy with Conroys, the truck arrived on time and it was nice and big.  The boys worked hard and we were packed and unpacked in good time.  Nice and professional and would certainly use again

Very happy with the guys that did the shift Karn, Carl the American and Bryce. They were professional, careful and obliging and worked hard and friendly.  It was a pity you had staff troubles and the trucks were an hour late. However Colin kept me informed by phone as to timing which helped. Fortunately timing on the day wasn't critical.

We had a trouble free move from Auckland to Hawkes Bay.  Conroys took care of everything. From quotation to packing us up, to loading,  delivery and unloading the team were both friendly and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conroys and would use them again.
