I was very disappointed with the lack of communication once my things had cleared customs. I had given my cell phone number to conroys and yet the house line was called and I was not spoken to. I should have been the one concacted not the person who answered the phone they didn't know what was ment to happen. I was also ment to receive a call from conroys when my things were on their way to the site of drop off however no call was made and the truck ended up down a driveway it shouldn't have. The neighbors were not impressed and neither was I. I think your communication issues need to be addressed.

"I have had the most amazing moving house"
I have had the most amazing moving house, storage for two months and then redelivery with the team at Conroys.
Huks and Chris delivered my furniture on Friday and nothing was to much trouble or to heavy for these guys.
Thank You Very Much and I would highly recommend the Conroys Team

- From Tauranga to our destination Kerikeri - what a professional, courteous, efficient outfit, Conroy is. I have already passed on my special thanks to the receptionist at Tauranga end - but equally - when my elderly Mums furniture arrived here at our farm in Kerikeri - blowing a gale/stormy - the two young men were so lovely to deal with. Happy and fast. I have had an awful experience in the past with another removal company - from Auckland to Kerikeri, and it was fantastic to be on the receiving end of such professionalism . Please do not hesitate to trust these guys with your move. I spoke to 10 different shipping companies before I finally pinned down to conroy, as this was my first experience in relocating to another island and I am 100 % happy with the service which was prvoided. Definitely cheaper than most shipping companies but this doesn't affect in any terms when it comes to serice. Friendly and very helping as well.
