Only downside was the weather was poor with heavy rain so boxes got wet and then since they were wet during stacking process they tended to get squashed/damaged a little. Delivery guys themselves were great and very friendly.

Thanks to all staff in NZ who kept us calm and up to date with the consignment details. Especially Thanks to Nicole who was so kind and patient.

The pick up and delivery were fine, although the 7 day delay in delivering did seem excessive. I was however very disapointed to find that stickers had been attached to all my funiture and belongings which did not come off and left my things marked and covered in glue and bits of paper.

The guys that did the packing were excellent, however we had issues when the container got lost in Wellington and the whole transit took far longer than the 7 days we were advised of at the beginning when we were quoted. In fact we went with you even though you were more expensive than the other quote as we had heard good things, however our overall experience was not fantastic

For myself our situation was very complex however you made it easy
For 2 1/2 days we had two very pleasant guys packing up at our place. On the day of packing the container two other guys arrived. We were amazed about the speed this all happened and the professionalism of stacking it all in the container. They managed to get everything in. Only just... So that also means that the estimate for our shift was spot on. Communication with the company has been very good. We also like to stress that the dealings with the Dutch company 'Hazeleger Verhuizingen' was also outstanding. They kept us very well informed. At the end it turned out that we got the keys to our new home on 1st February and the container arrived at our house on Tuesday 2nd. All-in-all we were very impressed. Thanks!!!
