Moving my wife's parents from Tapawera to Nelson was made easy and relaxed by the team at Conroy Removals. From the communication by administration and management. To the execution of the move by Paul, Ben and Glen. The entire process was seamless. My in laws are very happy and grateful for a job well done. Thanks to the team at Conroy Removals Nelson. We will be booking again for the move from storage to their new home.

Great service however did get one rude person In Australia customer service that wasn't helpful and rude. Other than that happy and nothing broken

Recommend
We were satisifed with Conroy's service for moving our few boxes of items from Wellington to Melbourne. The customer service was great, payment was easy and reasonable in terms of pricing. We were kept in the loop and knew what was happening always. Our goods arrived well packed and John in Melbourne was fantastic during the unloading process. Our only small qualm is during the packing, some large plastic containers were packed when we expected everything to be packed into Conroy's cardboard boxes, this just means we now have some extra storage boxes but we weren't expecting them to be packed - doesn't help that we weren't there for the packing up as we had moved over to Australia prior to this. Otherwise, an overall great experience and we will be recommending Conroy to our friends moving over from New Zealand.
They were in contact throughout the whole process. They also were responsible for shipping my 2 dogs. Everything was as they said it would be and when they said it would be. Will certainly use them again.
