Thank you SO much for a great experience with both the packing up and delivery at the new home. The only thing I should have done better was really make clear what was to stay and what items to pack as there were a couple of items left behind, but I take full responsibility for that.

Great team and well done....nothing was too much trouble and done with a smile and plenty of joviality. Made an otherwise stressful event almost enjoyable. On time and efficient.

The two lads were speedy and very polite and did the job, in my opinion, in record time from pickup in Te Puke to drop off in Cambridge, starting at 8am and finishing the job by 2pm.

The only thing was, I thought the lounge suite having had the backs dismantled and all parts wrapped in plastic on picking up, would have been reassembled and unwrapped at the other end by them. We are elderly and must admit after a very tired and stressful day, we would have struggled, but for the fact my step-son did it for us before he had to go.

.A big shout-out to him as he worked beside the boys all day helping them load and unload.
