Service was really great from the packers, to the movers to the cleaners.

Communication around times and when people were going to be places wasn't ideal, however once I contacted Derek he apologised and mentioned that my contact was away ill and had been all week, so no issues there.

My things are in storage at the moment so I can't really advise if they have arrived safely, but I am confident that they would have been handled with care and stored well.

The truck arrived on time at 8.30am with only 2 guys on board, hence my husband and I had to help lift and carry to the truck as 1 man stacked/loaded the truck and the other had to lift and carry everything from the house, Trevor could hardly do that on his own.  They said another guy was turning up in an hour, well 3 hrs later he did turn up.  My husbands tool box was tipped over on the driveway, smashing the bottom of it and punching one of the wheels up through the bottom of the case, totally wrecking it.  The box hit one of the loaders legs, this could have been much worse.  It took from 8.30am to 3.30pm which seemed like a long time to load.  When the truck arrived in Taupo the next morning, the doors were opened and it was just a huge mess with everything fallen over, steel beams for pallet racking had been placed at the top, loose and these had come down hitting our TV, which luckily had no damage. Boxes clearly taped as Fragile were placed on the bottom of stacks, no care was taken - luckily nothing was broken.  Once again only 2 guys to unload (Trevor & Sam) but they did a great job in Taupo so no complaints there.  Trevor is a real asset to your company.

Can not fault the experince at all. This is the second time i have used Conroy and will certianly use you next time.
