Slight issue with missing screws to the bed. Were not taped to the bed and were not in the box that was told were in. Eventually found the following day in another box altogether. Discovered more pieces not installed than previoulsly thought resulting in the bed having to be dismantled and reassembled.

overall we found conroys very good. assesment was good & the guy was friendly. response to our emails was very good.. i requested some box's & they were delivered to us the following day. there were a couple of things i think need improvement; the removals guys gave me a rough time (between 1 & 4pm) for the removal but said they would confirm on the day, they didnt. Just a text message to say when they will arrive would have been golden, i was very stressed that day with the move, a simple text would have really helped. Second thing was that 2 of our boxs the corners were soaked in diesel for some reason?! They were delived into a house with new carpets & it stunk the house out, pretty angry about that. Like i say overall it was good and service was prompt so i would have happy to reccomend

We have had 5 international removals over the years and the quality of packing this one was shocking. This removal was from Sydney to Auckland and there was a lot of damage done some of which was insured some wasn't. For example an old family sewing machine handed to my wife by her mother was packed in a carboard carton on its own - no wrapping no bubble wrap nothing. The sewing machine occupied approx 30 % of the carboard box the rest was air and was smashed and unreparable. There ware many examples. There was a lot of damage done that couldn't be seen when first unwrapped like loose legs on chairs etc that all came down to poor wrapping.  

The service that the team at Conroy Removals provided us was second to none.  Absolutely fantastic, professional and friendly.  They made our lives so much easier by keeping us up to date at all times regarding our shipment and completely took the stress away from moving.  Door to door delivery without any problems whatsoever.  Thank you so much for all your help.
