"waited and waited"
The service was excellent up to the day of delivery. When they said we will be delivering at 7.30 am in the morning, and I waited and waited, by this time it was 11.15 and I had to go out, so I rang ,no reply ,so I left a message, again when I got home, rang and left a message, and rang again about 4.30 and still no reply. 3 times no one came back to me, which I thought this was disgusting,bad customer service. Eventually it came ,and the delivery guy was very nice and said he was sorry for the mis-understanding, but ,it would have still been nice to have put me in the picture to say they was going to be late. Other wise it was excellent service and you kept well informed with my goods from England to New Zealand. Thank you

Very professional in their dealings with us. Kept us informed about what was happening with our goods on a daily basis with emails and phone calls.
"The packing team were excellent"
The packing team were excellent. They worked extremely hard and were loaded and ready to go hours earlier than expected. The delivery team continued the great work. Everything unloaded well before lunch. What a great experience, we would definitely use Conroy's again. We only had 1 breakage, in 2 20ft containers. ( a small, fragile, cheap vase - not an issue).

Started of 5 star with booking and invoicing unfortunately the removal side was -1. Pick up was meant to be in the morning. Then got told between 3 and 5 long story short ended up 8.30 at night. no communications from all levels apart from us ringing. The drivers were very professional and did a good job. Unfortunately they copped it because others. Please contact me if you would like more details. 04 2367886.

"The packing up of my house was done brilliantly"
The packing up of my house was done brilliantly with great care taken of all my belongings in a very efficient time frame. Everything was catalogued clearly and unpacking was easy with all items easily located and boxes well named for each room. All rubbish was removed and evensome old boxes were taken for me which was a great help when cleaning out the empty house.
I have used Conroy several times and each team works to the same high professional standard and always do extra to help beyond what is required on the day. I had a fridge carried out of the house and put on the driveway so a friend (who did not have a trolley and struggled to carry it the previous day) could collect it later.
Every team I have had gives great goodwill to the company, as does the administration staff I speak to.

We have worked with Conroy more times than we should! The firm is consistent, efficient, good value for money and generally does exactly what it says it will do for us. Our ex-UK shipment arrived 25/12 and everything from there was most helpful. The only negative was that we did not have a dedicated Move Manager allocated and we had to nag people about what was happening from time to time. Mark was very patient with us though, thanks. Delivery and pick-up of materials was excellent with good guys all round. The firm has accomplished a generational change of managerial control very effectively in recent years, so we suspect that it's good for the forseeable future.
