"packing was impressive"
Overall the whole moving experience was excellent from beginning to end. The packing was impressive, done by only one packer in just a few hours. The uplift went smoothly, and much appreciated that your staff could move two large heavy items to a downstairs area for us. Regarding delivery, the unloading of the furniture and packed items was quick. Your staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to use your company again or to recommend your services. Thank you!!!

Needed to be kept informed
The Consignment was promised to be delivered on a Tuesday, but when I rang on Tuesday evening I found out the package had not left Auckland. No-one contacted me at all, I was given no information as to why. It took day to get that sorted and then delivery was scheduled for Thursday 10am. Note that you had the packages for 6 days by this stage. The delivery was late again, but no-one called me again. I sent an email querying where the packages were, only to be told the truck was held up due to an accident. However the driver told me it was clear the whole way. The packages were finally delivered by 12.30. What was required was better information from the operations team with updates on late or delayed deliveries. The contents were not urgent so the delays were ok, but only if we have been kept informed as to where and why.
