I was very pleased with the service from Conroys. From the initial consultation to the delivery at our destination the service was excellent. The movers at both ends took excellent care when moving out furniture. I would highly recommend your company. Many thanks.

Communication was lacking

The guys didn't manage to get everything packed and in the van before 12:00pm to leave vacant posession as agreed. I think this was due to one man doing most of the packing and generally two men loading the van. Could have probably done with three to four men for both days to speed things up. Adam was great and communicated with us well in terms of time frames and progress. It was great two extra men turbed up to help unload and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Overall we were pleased with the service we received.

Unfortunately, Conroy managed to lose three items and damage a coffee table. Additionally, a foot for the fridge was lost in the move. The thing that bothers me the most about this is the complete lack of follow up. We were told that we should call the office to ask about the lost items. The office should be calling us and trying to rectify the situation.
