Hi, Sorry for delay in completing this - My computer has been out of action and so have I. I did phone Penny to tell her how impressed I was with your performance and how great all your staff were. I was not at all well on shifting day and everyone did a great job in making it easier for me. My daughter-in-law also felt they went that extra mile.

Friendly team, on-time and efficient. The only problem I had was finding your office because you are not on any maps I have including my iPhone (perhaps this should be pointed out on the website).

"Communication has been excellent"
So far so good.... our belongings have arrived safely in Queensland and we have requested storage until our house is ready for delivery. Communication has been excellent.

It was easy to book my move with Conroy with good communication and no fuss.Three great young men who were polite, friendly and so easy to work with, moved my houselot into and out of the truck quickly and efficiently. This is the second time I have used Conroy and I would happily recommend you. Hourly rate worked out great for me. Many thanks to your company and team of movers.
"The quote was quick"
The service from your company was excellent. The quote was quick in coming and it was by far the cheapest. All of the staff from the office people I talked to, to the movers we very personable and friendly. The Nelson delivery guys were great. The only improvement I could suggest was the Wellington truck should have a tool box with Allen keys to take the table apart. I would definitely use you again
"ar to many breakages"
The man that drove the furniture to Hamilton was exceptional and very helpful . One of the hired help from Hamilton didn't understand the law of gravity and I had to remind him that drawers fall out if tilted . Also there was a bit of a language barrier. Who ever wrapped China also did a good job. There were however far to many breakages and damage to furniture than I expected and having moved many times , including overseas three times I have never had this problem before.

A broken lamp stand and a damaged picture spoiled my overall experience. Not valuable enough to claim on insurance but with better packaging and handling the damage could have been avoided
