You should be able to present an ESTIMATED cost to the customer as soon as you know what port it's going to. It should be communicated on first contact; not "before we can bring you your things". If I have to pay Conroy, you should be providing that information before I have to ask you for it. The actual portion where the gentlemen delivered our things was excellent.
