The team and Conroy have been fantastic and made our move as painfree and easy as possible. The team who came to collect and pack our furniture were extremely efficent and professional. Everything arrived in perfect condition to our destination and the team had it unpacked in no time.

Overall we were dissapointed with the service provided this time. We have used Conroys before and had a much better experience so are not prepared to dismiss using your services again in the future. Our issues this time revolve around mising items, damage and not living up to the commitments made at time of pricing.

The moving team in Christchurch did not inventory at least half of my belongings. I was lucky that the team in Tauranga who unloaded the container recalled these items when I described them. Boxes were inventoried but almost none of the furniture which didn't seem particulary professional.

We found Conroys to be an excellent firm to deal with, both management and staff. The moving process was well explained and any issues promptly sorted out. Nothing was too much trouble. The packing team members were competent, helpful and cheerful. We would certainly use Conroys again and recommend them to anyone moving house.
