"Seriously not good"
I had to hire another firm to finish the move. Communication was appalling. And items were not put into the correct rooms at new location despite rooms and boxes being labelled and a family member being there to assist. Seriously not good

From initial contact until delivery our dealings with the service team were great. The lads who loaded and unloaded the container were friendly and happy in their work. Well done to Conroys team.

The service has been very effecient. The communication on the phone and emails were prompt and very clear. The staff who collected the shipment cartons were very friendly and helpful. The staff in UK were helpful too. It has been a pleasant and hassle free expereince, so thanks ever so much.

I was very happy with your service - thank you. Pick-up and delivery staff in Sydney and Wellington were extremely helpful, professional and kind, and Annalise in the Sydney office was excellent when I was considering which items to ship. The only hitch in the entire process was the difficulty contacting operations staff in Wellington about a delivery time. Overall very satisfied and would recommend - your people are really great.
"The whole process was pretty average"
The Christchurch delivery guys were great, but organisation was not so good. We asked to be called a day or two before pickup and delivery to confirm times. This was noted but didnt happen. Unexpectedly picked up a day early so rescheduled time off work but they arrived 3hrs late. Not all items arrived on same day so needed more time off work. Called the office to ask where rest of furniture was, response was cold, abrupt and unapologetic. The whole process was pretty average.

"damaged the fence"
The driver drove into and damaged the fence of my new rental property. Waiting to hear back from someone that this will be fixed. The back of my bookshelf has been split down the middle. The handle for my fridge has been broken off. The uplift crew had not been informed that they were to pack as well so had to wait for boxes and delivery delayed.

I think the removal team were excellent in every way. I would use them again, anytime and have told many people!

"very efficient"
I found every member of the team involved in our move very efficient. The only problem we had was with the delivery of our items being 3 hours late. We were advised that they would be there between 10.30am and 11.00am, however they didn't arrive until between 1.30pm and 2.00pm which was a bit of inconvenience as we'd both taken time off work based on the advised delivery timeslot.
Everything went well and had our box delivered very fast.
