Proffesional,friendly,courteous packing and moving staff. Same with office and quote staff.

Move out date.8/11/2016..move in date palmy 18/11/2016.it would be to your advantage if you reviewed the email exchanges post move in date.having used your services.5 times in the last 10 years.this time certain  items normally bubble wrapped were not and the result 3 items.one 100years + old were damaged.really wilful neglect to a professional service any customer had the right to expect..we are very disapointed ...."you may agree.please advise.

I was disappointed that grease from the truck was walked through a bedroom when the furniture was picked up and then again when it was delivered. Also a side cabinet was damaged by a Stanley knife when unwrapping

The removal guys were amazing. Service with a smile even when my couch must have been killing there arms trying to get it in the door... please give them some positive feedback they deserve it.Hopefully u will know who they were.

We didn't get the size and type of truck we had discussed at the onsite visit.  Although we were contacted about this beforehand it made the relocation difficult.  Movers were careful.

good friendly team responsive to requests on positioning furnature at new home etc.smiley can't about anything. NO improvements needed thank you for a good move.
