I have had great service and communication with Daniel kull who worked magic on getting my shipment paked and on ots journey to Namibia. He was always contactable and this was so important as there was a lot of doucumentation going back and forth between boyh countries . The delivery is due to arrive next week and we are very hopefull. It was a big ask to deliver door to door and conroys have done an amazing job but most of all it would not of gone so smoothly if it was not for daniel Thanx so much team

"disapointed with the move"

We were disapointed with the move ,being a 3 storie house there was to be 3-4 men, only 2 arrived so myself and 1 lady had to help moving beding down 3 stories is no joke.At 3-30 the new owner arrived and was upset because we still there and contacted his lawyer and only then did you send 2 more men..On unloading we found that the TV ,Rimu Desk,and Oak Desk was damaged, TV had to be replaced. We are not very happy it all come down to lack of man power.

Overall a good experience but we had a lot of damage done to some expensive items. The claims officer did get the washing machine fixed promptly but the damages could have been avoided if abit more care was taken during packing and loading

All went well and at the pickup from naseby there was no one at the property but your staff followed our instructions and communicated well.

The packing team was very helpful and worked well together to get a big job completed with a minimum of fuss. Nothing was too difficult for them and they were eager to please.

Hi,

I had a very good moving experience with Conroy, I would like to make a special mention to the 2 people that moved me. Daniel and a lady (I have forgotten her name), both were fantastic! I live on my own and it was refreshing to have 2 people that made my moving experience as stress free as it possibly could be.  They were very accommodating and felt they went the extra mile.  If you could please pass on my thanks to the "both" of them!! Thank you :)
