The process of papper work prior to the move was a pain in the A$$ as is your web site...
"fast and hassle free"
All of our furniture was picked up from the Gold Coast and delivered to our destination in Rotorua NZ within 2 weeks! Nothing was damaged and delivery was fast and hassle free with the removalists taking away all our rubbish. Awesome Conroy service both in Australia and NZ.

Great job. My only tiny tiny complaint......which I appreciate may not be in your control....was the guys that helped the lovely driver unload......had NO people skills and were a bit rough, resulting in 3 broken plates.....he dropped a carton in front of me! I do not wish to make a big deal of this, as the driver was very good and had a couple of guys with little initiative to assist.

The guys at Conroys were great! Easy to get along with the packing team, and they made a stressful time into a fun time. I would most definately recommend them to anyone.

"3rd time unlucky"
3rd time unlucky - we have shifted internationally with Conroys three times but this time.....
First let me say - we are not sure if we will use your shipping company again and we are not sure if recommend to others but the score is low this time because our fairly new bed has been damaged and we are deeply disappointed.
It has clearly been dragged or put in a place where it has been bumped around too much and rubbed. Two corners have 40mm holes ripped in them.
When it was being wrapped in Napier, I told the packers I was not happy with the packing of it. Just a mattress bag. I asked them to put cardboard on the corners and to bubble wrap it but the Cook Island packing guy said " we get in trouble for using too much bubble wrap and when I get back to the depot, I will put cardboard on the corners and strengthen the packing". I knew in my heart it was not going to happen and I should have kicked up about it there and then instead of being polite.
I hope that our bed will be reupholstered and made right very quickly - and my faith in the company restored
The staff we first contacted and dealt with in Sydney were fantastic and very easy to deal with - they went out of their way to accommodate our move in a busy schedule at the last minute which was a real life saver for us.
